What is Contextual Advertising?
Deep blue is a contextual advertising network based on content targeting. With Deep blue innovative technologies, the advertisements are selected and served by automated systems based on the relevancy of the content of the specific website. Contextual advertising also helps improve the users’ overall online experience because they will only see ads relevant to the content on the website. It can maximize the earning potentials of both advertisers and publishers as the ads are more targeted to what the users are searching for and thus the ads are more likely to get clicked on.
What is the difference between CPC, CPM, CPV and CPI advertising?
For cost per click (CPC) advertising, you pay only when the text ad or graphical banner ads is clicked.
For cost per thousand impressions (CPM) advertising, you are paying for every thousandth of impression that your banner ad is displayed to the user.
For cost per view (CPV) advertising, you are paying for every time a user views your advertising page.
For cost per interstitial (CPI) advertising, you are paying for every time a user views your advertising page through the interstitial ad format (full page ad).

How much does Deep Blue cost?
When determining the cost, you are in full control of the cost. You are able to specify how much budget you would like allocated on a daily basis as well as the amount that you are willing to pay on a per visit (minimum bid price: $0.008), per thousand impressions (minimum bid price: $0.5), per click (minimum bid price: $0.05) as well as a per interstitial basis (minimum bid price: $0.005).
All rates are in US dollars.
For standard advertiser account, the minimum deposit is $20. For premium advertiser account, the minimum deposit is $1000.

Your ad will appear on the content sites within Deep blue's network and the search network. Our innovative technology scans our publisher’s content, which ensures that your ad(s) are placed only on the specific page that contains content targeted to your audiences.
When do my ads start running?
Upon signing up an account with us, you can start creating your campaign(s). For all first campaigns, we will contact you within 72 business hours by phone to verify your account and campaign with us. All subsequent campaign(s) will be approved within 24 business hours without phone verification.
Optimization
How does Deep Blue prevent fraud?
Deep blue’s advanced advertising technology analyzes every click and impression to determine whether they are quality traffic or artificially generated. The system will automatically identify and filter all invalid traffic in real time based on the visit patterns. To ensure the accuracy of the validation system, our traffic control team will examine all the traffic on a daily basis. Any suspicious traffic will be removed and credited back to your account.
